Acceptance of terms

By accessing or placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit an order. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the website following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Products and descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, switch weights and prices are accurate at the time of publication. Keystroke feel and typing sound are subjective and can vary with build configuration, plate material, desk surface and personal perception.

Barebones boards and kits require assembly. Items described as "hot-swap" accept standard MX-style switches without soldering; compatibility with non-standard switches is not guaranteed. We may discontinue, replace or revise any product at any time without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Free standard shipping applies to orders with a product subtotal of €80 or more, before discount codes or vouchers. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store card details.

Order confirmation and cancellation

An order confirmation email acknowledges your order; it does not constitute acceptance of a contract. We may cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability, with full refund.

You may cancel an order without charge provided you notify us before it has been assembled or dispatched. Orders that have already shipped are handled under the returns policy below.

Delivery and shipping

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 48 hours on standard working days. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier; estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, contact hello@typovox.com and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace the shipment at our discretion.

Returns and warranty

Unused products in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, excluding shipping in both directions. For hygiene and quality reasons, opened switch packs and used keycap sets cannot be returned unless faulty.

Keyboards, kits and accessories carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Defective items will be repaired, replaced or refunded in full, including shipping, on receipt of evidence of the fault. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, disassembly beyond intended hot-swap operation, liquid damage or normal wear. To start a return or claim, contact hello@typovox.com with your order number; do not return items without authorisation.

Build assistance and firmware

Build guidance and firmware (QMK/VIA) are provided as-is to help you assemble and customise your keyboard. We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect assembly, modification, or third-party firmware. Flashing custom firmware is at your own risk.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, illustrations, design, CSS, JavaScript and layout — is the property of ZORALIS LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or republish this content for commercial purposes without written permission. You may share links and reproduce brief extracts for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZORALIS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the products sold. Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase of a product shall not exceed the price paid for that product.
